For agencies whose clients live in WhatsApp
The group chat was
never a workflow.
OTG Social is the agency workspace that replaces it. Your clients drop their media, the AI proposes posts that fit their calendar and their voice, and approval is one tap on a link that never expires.
Or skip the pitch — see three posts it would propose for your business. No email, no account.

the loop
Four steps, and three of them aren’t yours.
The whole point is to move work off your plate without moving it into a chat thread. Here is every step a post takes, and who is holding it.

16 files · 1 landscape
They drop the media
Sixteen videos after a Saturday competition, straight into their portal in one go. Format is checked on upload, so a landscape clip is flagged before anyone builds an edit around it.

The AI proposes the posts
It reads the media against that client’s calendar and everything their brand memory has learned, then drafts real posts with a reason attached. Three taps from upload to a draft being written. Nobody opens an empty composer.

They approve on their phone
One tap, on a link that needs no login to open. The preview is the post, so what they approve is exactly what goes out — and their name is on the decision.

Posted, then tracked honestly
You publish. Real numbers come back from Meta and TikTok on a schedule, and anything we haven’t actually fetched stays an em dash.

See what it would propose for you.
Paste your website. We read it the way the AI does on a client’s first day — before it has learned anything about you — and propose three posts, each with the reason it picked that one. This is the free part, and it stays free.

brand memory
It learns your voice from every rejection.
Every “change this” is training data. OTG Social distils rejections, edits and gallery comments into rules — one memory per client, each carrying the quote that produced it, so you can see why it believes what it believes.
- Correct a rule and distillation never overwrites it again.
- Delete one and it stops applying on the next draft.
- Your client can read their own memory — and suggest a rule, screened before it lands.
Every other tool hands its AI a static brand kit. A brand kit doesn’t know what your client said no to last Tuesday.

the approval portal
One link. Sent once. Always current.
Drop it in the group chat one time and never send another. It is the same URL forever — it updates itself as new posts become ready, and it is the only thing your client ever needs to open.
- No login to look
- They open the link and see their calendar, what’s waiting on them, and everything already published. Only approving asks who they are.
- One tap to approve
- Sending it back needs a comment — we won’t accept a “no” without the change attached, because that’s the reply that costs you another week.
- Reminders you never send
- “Waiting on you for 3 days”, on the schedule you set. Polite, automatic, and not you at 11pm.
- Every decision named
- Who approved what, when, and what they said — timestamped in an audit trail you can hand back to the client.
under the hood
The parts you’d want to check.
Three mechanisms that decide whether any of the above is trustworthy. Stated plainly, because a vague answer here is the answer.
- Checked before you see them
- Every proposal is generated against two things: the client’s calendar, so it lands on a date that means something, and the client’s brand rules, so a draft that breaks one never reaches the review queue.
- A screening agent guards what gets learned
- Clients can suggest rules for their own memory. Every suggestion passes a screening agent first, which reads it for prompt injection and poisoning attempts and flags anything that looks like an instruction rather than a preference. Staff apply it, or don’t.
- Numbers come from the platform or not at all
- Reach, saves and shares are fetched from Meta and TikTok on a schedule and written once. There is no seeding, no estimating, and no smoothing. A metric we haven’t fetched renders as an em dash.

built for agencies
Twenty brands, one screen.
Every tool in this category was built for one brand at a time, then sold to agencies running twenty. OTG Social starts from the other end: the first thing you see is what is actually at risk today, across everyone. Each row opens the post itself, so seeing a problem, fixing the caption and sending it back takes under thirty seconds.

colour = who is holding it. every row opens the exact post, not the client page.
A quota per engagement
Each client gets a monthly allowance both sides can see. Going over blocks with an upsell instead of arriving as a surprise line on your invoice.
A consent registry per client
The list of people who have opted out of social media. Compose flags any post featuring people against it — before a draft reaches the client, not after a parent calls.
A restricted tier for sensitive clients
For grassroots and government-adjacent work: their media and copy stay off third-party models, with tighter retention and a narrower audit surface.
Client approvers never cost a seat
Priced per client engagement, not per person. Invite the whole committee — adoption dies the moment approving costs money.
honest metrics
“—” until it’s real.
Most dashboards show you a number the day you connect an account. Ours shows an em dash until Meta or TikTok has actually returned something for that post. Nothing is seeded, estimated or rounded up from a sample.
A number your client can’t trust costs more than no number — because the month they catch it, every other number you ever showed them goes with it.

We onboard a few teams each week.
OTG Social was built against three real engagements — a sports academy, a community office, and our own agency — and it stays invite-only while that number grows slowly. Every team gets set up properly: your clients, your calendar, your brand memory seeded from work you have already published.
- Two fields are required. The rest just makes our reply useful.
- We read every note. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.
